Therapeutic massage is an incredible means of self-care, allowing for fuller ease, engagement, and joy in everyday life. I would love to be a part of your monthly wellness regimen as well as to support you through your healing journey with an individualized approach to each session.
Pregnancy Massage
For women who are pregnant, massage can ease months of discomfort, help prepare the body for childbirth and allow for a richer, more vibrant transition to and embodiment of motherhood. Postpartum massage can help a new mother embrace her changing body, emotions, and roles in life.
Parent & Infant Massage
I teach the benefits and practice of connecting with your little one through the invaluable experience of human touch. Offered for one child/parent at a time or for small groups of babies and parents, this hands-on, interactive session is an adventure in flow and discovery! Babies can be as young as three weeks and as old as 12 months.
No matter what you are in need of, I offer integrated massage modalities, customized to meet those needs.

Cancellations require 24-hours notice
I have a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. Exceptions may be made based on the circumstance. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call or text prior to 24 hours before your scheduled start time or a full charge for the appointment will apply. Late arrival will shorten your session, with payment due for the full amount of time booked.
